ABOUT THE TEAM
The WebDev team consists of
a project manager/architect, two designers, two HTML coders, and an
engineer/programmer. The company also employs two part-time writers and one
part-time copy editor for various projects we're working on.
Founding Team Member: Dan
Hanttula
As a key player in the
interactive division of an ad agency in San Francisco, CA Dan served as the project
manager responsible for some of the agency's largest clients, including Boehringer Mannheim, a $250,000 project that he architected. The core of
this site featured one of the world's first multi-language, multi-regional
navigation systems allowing visitors access to 500 pages in just 2 mouse
clicks.
Near the turn of the
century, he was drawn upon to manage the Creative Services department for
Synapta, a ".com" web-development company, where he grew the department
from 2 employees and $466K annual revenue to 11 employees and $3.7 million
annual revenue. He was also the "pitch man" for the creative team, working
directly with CEOs, venture capitalists and other executive management to
ensure a successful launch and 110% satisfaction on each project.
As a consultant with our
company, he has managed more than a hundred projects for clients including
for Netscape, Hewlett-Packard, and Microsoft. And, in addition to his
project management skills, Dan authored The Pocket PC Handbook, served as
an Editor for Pen Computing Magazine for 4 1/2 years and currently works as
Editor-in-Chief of SemperAptus.com and is a Contributing Editor for
Pocket PC Magazine.
