While the SemperAptus.com team has no problem with ass kissing for an evaluation unit, you might be surprised that we aren't afraid to brown nose with our executive staff as well. This month, we salute Dan Hanttula, Editor-in-Chief of SemperAptus.com because of his tireless work in the handheld industry. 

A public speaking animal, Dan has been appearing regularly on Tech TV's (formerly ZDTV) Screen Savers program. The AlternaTip segment allows Dan to demonstrate the newest Windows CE products and accessories.  His next appearance on the Screen Savers is scheduled for March 2, 2001.

In addition to his Editor-in-Chief position here, Dan Hanttula is a contributing writer for Microsoft's PocketPC.com web site. His articles include reviews of Fonix TimeTalk and Pocket CoPilot, plus a list of the best Pocket PC freeware and an article describing how to tell what products work with your device. 

And finally, Dan Hanttula has recently finished the The Pocket PC Handbook, an advanced users manual for the newest Windows CE platform. Available later this month, the handbook is designed to provide more advanced instruction on using the Pocket PC.

Next month, Dan will return with his entertaining and enlightening editorials, but for now, we think he's earned a rest. (And we're hoping he reads this before our annual employee reviews!)
